A key achievement in this project was the substantial reduction in transit time. The original timeline anticipated that the cargo would take three months to reach the port. However, by implementing a series of strategic optimizations, we managed to bring forward the arrival date by an entire month. These measures included selecting faster transportation routes, optimizing port handling procedures, and ensuring seamless communication across all logistics touchpoints.

During our collaboration with a valued customer, an important question arose: “Do you provide after-sales service?” This inquiry prompted us to showcase the extensive support systems we have in place to ensure customer satisfaction even after the sale. We proudly informed him about our original spare parts warehouse, which is stocked with a wide range of components.

After a customer purchased one of our cars, he expressed a strong interest in marketing and promoting the vehicle within his local area. Understanding the importance of effective marketing in driving sales, we were eager to support him in this endeavor. To facilitate his promotional efforts, we provided him with comprehensive marketing material packages that included a variety of resources tailored specifically for our cars.

The first challenge arose when our supplier couldn’t deliver the originally ordered vehicle model. This required us to adapt quickly, working closely with the customer to select an alternative. After a month of dedicated discussions and adjustments, we confirmed a new model and began the export process. However, the outbreak of the pandemic caused further setbacks, delaying the shipment from the planned date in mid-October to mid-December.

Toward the end of 2022, we embarked on a journey with a first-time buyer of a Chinese automotive brand who had previously encountered a major setback. During his initial attempt at purchase, he had unfortunately been defrauded of $300,000 by a company from Hong Kong. This experience left him highly cautious and understandably defensive in his approach to new suppliers.
